This page covers the public website and, below, how the Aculen product handles data for firms that use it. Firms also sign a separate service agreement.

S.Solon LLC is a California company.

What we collect here. Name, email, phone, firm, and the message you type on the contact form, plus ordinary website analytics. We do not collect case files, Social Security numbers, or client records through this site. Do not send confidential or case-related information on this form.

How we use it. To answer you and to understand interest in Aculen. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees it. Form mail is sent to info@ssolon.tech. Squarespace hosts the site. We do not share contact-form details except as needed to run the site or as required by law.

The Aculen product and your firm's Google or Microsoft data. When a firm connects Aculen to its Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, Aculen accesses the firm's email, calendar, and document storage only to provide the features the firm sees: reading incoming mail to propose intakes and deadlines, sending mail the firm's staff composes and approves, filing documents to the firm's own Drive, and placing approved dates on the firm's calendar.

Aculen's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In plain terms: we use this data only to provide these features to the firm. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models — AI processing runs under agreements that prohibit training on your data. No human at S.Solon reads a firm's email or documents except with the firm's permission for support, for security investigation, or as required by law. Aculen encrypts data in transit and at rest. A firm can disconnect at any time, export its complete records, and have Aculen's stored copies erased.
