Aculen is priced per seat — a seat is a person on your roster, attorney or staff. Every plan includes the full product: intake, drafting, e-sign, mail, deadlines, trust accounting, billing. No feature tiers, no per-module pricing.
We are onboarding a small number of founding firms at founder rates. Tell us about your firm and we'll send the numbers the same day.
One timing note: connecting a firm's Gmail requires Google's standard security verification for email apps. Ours is in review — Google-based firms can connect the moment it completes, and firms on Microsoft 365 can start sooner. Demos are available today.

Can I cancel at any time?

Is my client data used to train AI?

What about the trust account?

Aculen's trust accounting follows California's client trust account rules: monthly three-way reconciliation with client-level written reports, kept five years.
Where do my files live?

In your firm's own Google Drive or Microsoft 365 account. Aculen files documents there and keeps a searchable index.
